We contracted with Roadway who sub-contracted Sprint to move our household items from West Chester, Pa to Marshall, Tx in February 2016. We were very disappointed with the condition a number of items arrived in. Even more disappointing was they would not accept responsibility for damage to a large safe because it was not listed on the shipping inventory, due to an error in listing it by the crew loading. We were forced to go to arbitration after trying to get them to cover the $2000 in damage for over a year. They provided false information to the arbitrator stating they did not receive or transport this item despite photos of their movers loading the safe at a our home. That a company would be so unethical that they'd lie about handling an item to avoid taking responsibility for the damage caused by their people is inexcusable.

I absolutely would not recommend Roadway or Sprint to anyone looking for a household goods mover. Trust and reliability are major components in the decision of who to use for moving and they fell way short.

My last move was done by Roadway van lines and it was fantastic. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Their moving crew made this last moving experience above and beyond the rest! They took care of EVERYTHING. I had to do nothing! I just starred at them while they were doing their thing. No doubt they are the best and will suggest to anyone who is in need of a good mover!

We selected Roadway van lines from all the great reviews online. We got a quote for a fixed price move which was not meant to be changed or altered even if we had anticipated the work load incorrectly. The packing was perfect and all the latest techniques were applied to insure that that shifting was damage free. When I checked the inventory at the destination of arrival I found no damage at all. I am very happy with the services that they provide and will definitely recommend them and choose them again if every required.

I recently used Roadway van lines for my move to Dallas from Baltimore. I got to know about them from a friend who has used them in the past. I called them and spoke with their sales rep who was very eager to help and very friendly. I faced no problems. This company was excellent all around, from packing and picking up my things till delivery, they were fast and efficient but took great care of my belongings. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was great! No Complaints!!

Amazing team and outstanding crew. We have many large furniture and I really didn’t think they can pull of a damage free move. But these guys are pros. They carried all the furniture down from the 4th floor and carried it back up to the 3rd floor at our new apartment. They did an incredible job. The team is well coordinated. They are efficient, hardworking and polite. They are like mini HULK LOL. Thanks again guys.

Roadway van lines was referred to me by a friend of mine who moves around a lot. I hired them only on the basis of that recommendation. It is better to mention that we were living in a 4th floor walkup. The crew arrived on time but the freight elevator was out of order. The foreman assured me there would be no problem. The crew started packing everything and was done quickly. They gathered everything in the elevator lobby and started using the stairs. Thankfully, I didn't have a lot of heavy furniture so the boys just winged it. The delivery was a different case. The boys just came in and put everything in place within a blink. I was just super impressed. I can only recommend this company to everyone.

In the days when efficiency is obsolete and making money is what everyone cares about, Roadway van lines was a breath of fresh air. They took such great care of me and my belongings during my last move. I couldn’t afford to pay too much so they gave me a budget deal where I did the packing and they just moved my things. I was happy with that. The movers showed up on time and we weren’t ready just then. They waited for us to finish for an hour. They didn’t even charge us for it. These guys are so considerate and helpful. My valuables were safely transported on time. I can’t believe companies like this one still exist in today’s world.

I hired Roadway van lines last month and my experience with them is great. They arrived right on time which was impressive for movers anyway. The men were very experienced and showed great efficiency in packing and loading all my belongings. I have a lot of breakables and they crew took special care in packing those. The same level of efficiency was displayed when they made the delivery. None of my belongings suffered the slightest of damages. It is so hard to find moving companies who do the job perfectly. But this company outperformed all my expectations and I am very grateful for it.
