Top Tile of Latham

I dealt with Anna the owner. While she was not incredibly helpful with tile selection and ideas, that was ok because I knew what I wanted.



We selected 3x12 and 12x24 inch tiles. We gave her a drawing of our fireplace/hearth. My contractor even went in before we ordered the tile. When the tile came in it was not true to size. Now we don't have enough tile for the space (we really needed a true to size measurement) and even if we had enough, we can't make the pattern work because the of the size difference.



My contractor spoke to Anna and it was my understanding that she agreed to take the tile back and make the situation right. When we went there Anna told us we should have known the tile was not true to size and that we should have told her we needed true to size tiles. I thought the owner of a tile store would give us information, otherwise I would have ordered it online.



She didn't want to take a loss on the tile so now we have to. I will never do business there again.

They truly are amazing! I send all my customers there.
