Xpress Cuts and Rapunzel Reinvented

I called for color. Tuffany told me to come in, no appointment necessary, walk ins welcome. I told her My name and that I am coming after I get the directions( its my 2nd day in this town) . I drive there 45 min later and Tiffany tells me she cant see me now, because 'its too late for her to color hair now' - thats 2.1/2 hours before closing(5pm) she says she cant see me now even though I have called and confirmed and made the trip there. I just walked out and another older guy who was in the chair shortly walks after me and goes to my car and says- these prople are sooo inprofessional- he tried to redeem an offer given to him from this salon and they didnt take it; not only that - the man says he has been seating for good hour and a half before the girls would take him( even though they were not bussy they were talking and arguing about some private stuff and wouldnt take the client meanwhile).. This is all factual and fair observation of the events today. I went to another sallon. I have never been turned down a service before. Especially when I call and make a clear intention that I am coming to the salon.
