        Absolutely Outstanding...

        V.I.P. Fitness is an amazing place. The facility is totally private and has all the same exact machines that LVAC does. You are trained alone on the best gear. You are given nutrition instruction to achieve your goals. You are given cardio instruction. You get hands on stretching so you are flexible and all your aches and pains are relieved. They cover every base and the results are the best I have ever had. 5 Stars. A+. These guys set the standard!
