The tech, Doug was quick to contact us to schedule a consult. He arrived on time and was very thorough in evaluating our equipment and giving us suggestions. We took his advice on a couple of recommendations that we were very happy with. Doug always arrived on time and made sure we understood everything that was going on from keeping us posted on parts arriving at the warehouse to explaining HDMI cables and more. We are very happy with the work done and will use Kustom for future projects!!
