It has been a few years now since I made the HORRIBLE decision in choosing this man as my divorce attorney. Going through such a horrible situation at the time & dealing with an ex that was addicted to drugs, I sat there sobbing while he suggested my ex-husband (after 7 years of marriage) have custody rights over my son. HELLO!?!! There is a reason I don't want him to have any rights to my child! He is a horrible, sleazy attorney who is just after your money. If you are expecting ANY kind of empathy from this man over your case - forget about it. He will only make your life 100x worse than what it may already be! I've never received a dime of child support from my ex-husband & have since gone to another attorney to take away all of my exes legal rights. My advice is to listen to these reviews & find a better attorney out there!!!

My 1st contact with Mann Law Firm was April 2013, I should have realized that this was a fly by night operation and not a good choice. The 1st issue was meeting with Mann's nephew James Mann(WHO GIVES LEGAL ADVANCE AND IS NOT EVEN A LICENSED ATTORNEY) who promised me if I paid him 50% of the fees that he could have my ex-wife served by the end of the week mind you I was in his office on a Monday morning, to my surprise that didn't happen. But his nephew assured me that they were working hard on my case while taking $150.00 a month out of my account. Mann never showed up to none of my hearings, his staff lost my documents or never filed them, they never called or emailed in a timely manner, his staff was constantly blaming other members of his office as to why things were not taking care of and I have plenty of other detailed examples and dates with time. Here it is 04MAR14 at 12:52pm and I'm still in court and paying extra out of my pocket to not only fix the crap that Mann's office did but still battling for custody of my child and divorce. I drove past his office that is located on Bonanza and surprisingly enough it closed down and they have moved to another location. Bottom line find anyone else to handle your case David Mann

David fought tooth and nail for me. Never gave up hope and went above and beyond what any lawyer could have ever done. He helped me win my case and brought the other party to their knees . Thank you so much David and all the staff at law firm express who have been nothing short of amazing! Keep up the great work!!

PLEASE READ!! I recently received services from Mann Law Firm & I walk away favored from my divorce case. HOWEVER, it was no help from this law firm that got me there. David Mann & his whole office are the most unorganized, unprofessional legal team I have ever seen, not to mention their appearance & customer service. I paid in full the first day I walked in there, for a legal team that had to correct so many simple mistakes they made, & re-do paperwork that they lost or did incorrectly, as well as for a lawyer that showed up late & unprepared. I paid more out of pocket to make those corrections on the mistakes they made & when I told David Mann of my concerns directly, he assured me that there wouldn't be any more. HOWEVER, the very next day it was as if we never talked & the mistakes kept coming to a point where they had me do my own leg work because they couldn't get it correct after 4 times which in turn delayed my hearing a month. Their lack of communication between each other & their clients is their downfall as well as David's lack of control of his office personnel & how they handle cases in a timely manner. David never remembers to whom he speaks with or what about. After working with him for 3 months, the day of my hearing he looked at me & asked me what my situation was. Are you kidding me!!! How do you represent someone & not even know why!!! I would NEVER use this firm again & highly suggest NO ONE EVER DOES!!! Read your reviews before you hire ANY attorney! So disappointing!

I loved my experience with David. After my consultation, we were able to sit down and prepare all of the required paperwork to file asap. I was also able to set up a payment plan that worked with my budget!

I think David Mann is the best. Every time I have been in the office I felt as if I’ve known them for a long time. David and his staff always made me feel comfortable. He got everything done in a quick time period.

David Mann is the worst family law attorney in Las Vegas. Because of his sheer incompetence my case is going to trail. Hey David try defending your clients and they might stick around. Please if you are reading this stay far away. He will take your money and miss represent you to the highest degree. Very unprofessional he miss guides clients and gives very poor advice. I would not recommend to anybody. STAY AWAY!!
