        About Our Company Farrell Thurston, through his businesses Thurston Realty and Farrell Thurston Construction, has been working with Las Cruces & Do a Ana County home buyers and sellers since 1993. He and his associates have assisted thousands of families to BUY, SELL, BUILD, RENT and even TRADE for the home of their choice. They are committed to helping people sell their existing home and/or purchase the home that fits their particular needs. As a Real Estate Broker (REALTOR ) and Home Builder, Farrell has the knowledge to provide a full range of Real Estate Services. Finding the best home for Buyers whether it is an existing home or a new home is of the utmost importance. Seller customers can expect their home to be marketed using the latest technologies with competitive rates and a written guarantee. Farrell and his associates want satisfied customers and they are willing to work to that end. Farrell Thurston started his career in Las Cruces selling homes exclusively for Ken Thurston of Ken Thurston Homes. During his tenure with Thurston Homes, Farrell created many successful home designs that are still in use today. His designs added style and decorative features to homes that appealed to home buyers and remained affordable. In 1998 he started Thurston Realty to better serve his customers who needed to find land on which to build, or preferred an existing home to a new home. In 2002 Farrell founded his own construction company, Farrell Thurston Construction, LLC, Custom Homes. This has allowed him to expand and continue doing what he loves; designing and selling unique, customized homes to his clients. In addition to providing Real Estate Services, Farrell has been the Showcase of Homes Committee Chair; served on the Board of Directors and been the Education Committee Chair for the Las Cruces Association of Realtors; served as the Las Cruces Multiple Listing Service Vice President and President; and a member of the Las Cruces Affordable Housing Roundtable. He has been honored as the Las Cruces Home Builders Associate Member of the Year and Builder of the Year. He recently served as the Las Cruces Home Builders Association President.

        This is a review for his Property Management and not for his Construction outfit but I am sure he runs it the same as the property management and it looks like his construction outfit was reported to ripoffreport.com over 10 years ago so it looks like not much has changed with this character. Farrell Thurston advertised a place "on a budget" with a vehicle in Hawaii. The "vehicle" (van) must have been over 20 years old and looked like it had never been vacuumed (filthiest piece of garbage I have ever been in). The condo was dirty (full of ants) and he had his housekeeper (who was paid a cleaning fee) writing reviews for him. Stay away from this clown is my advice.
