I called to set up an appointment, the technician, Chris, called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He showed up on time with his tools in hand and was ready to get right to work. I showed him where the dryer was and where the vent opening was on the outside. He walked me through the work that he was going to do and then went straight to work. The whole visit took less than an hour and that included the billing and the summary of what he had done and steps that I should take for upkeep. There was no mess when he left and I am ready to wash and dry my towels without having to run the dryer multiple times! I highly recommend this service and this company.

Chris called in advance and arrived on time ready to work. He immediately checked the dryer discharge and located a mud wasp nest preventing the dryer discharge flap from fully opening. He thoroughly cleaned the vent stack while providing clear and easily understood explanations of the safety and energy saving benefits of maintaining a clean dryer venting system. Based on the amount of material Chris removed from the venting system it was easy to see why drying operations that took half an hour five years ago had increased to an hour and a half, why the laundry room became so hot during dryer operation, and how easily the lint build-up in the vent system could create the potential for a fire in the laundry room. Chris was completely professional in his approach to the job, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and left the laundry room spotless.

Even though Chris was a little late for the appointment he did called me twice, I was his last appointment for a very busy Saturday. He had 8 jobs ahead of mine. Chris was very cheerful and informative about the perils of a lint filled dryer vent. He went about cleaning the vent and left the laundry room cleaner than he found it. And left me with knowing I made my home just a little more safe for my family.

The Technician was on time, curtious, friendly, well informed about vent cleaning, explained in clear detail what he was going to do, a rough estimate of how long the process take. He alerted me to a potential fire hazard that could occur having a paper vent, lucky for me he had a metal vent to replace right then and there. I'm happy I called VentSmart. I highly recommend them

Chris came out on Saturday to clean my dryer vent.What a Great Job he did.Dryer works so much better clothes are drying quicker and more efficiently.Chris also noticed my dryer corregated metal tubing did not have a proper elbow connector on it.Chris replaced the connector it is now properly sealed and swivels easily while the dryer is on.Thankyou Chris for an AWESOME JOB and good customer service./Marie

Chris of Ventsmart came out last week and I can't believe how much faster my dryer is working. Towels and jeans were taking 2 to 3 cycles. I thought I needed a new dryer for sure. Today my towels were done in 35 minutes. I am very happy with their quick response time, professional service and Chris was excellent and very nice.

I remember seeing this company featured on Fox News and decided to have them come out and clean my dryer - I have never had it done and I have a dog and 2 cats (all short hair, but still) at home so I figured I was long overdue for this. Boy, was I right? I cannot believe the difference having them clean the dryer made! It's like i have a new dryer for less than the cost of an tank of gas. Much better option than buying a new dryer, I'm perfectly happy now with the one I have and I'm saving so much money. I've noticed that the clothes take less time to dry too now, so I'm saving a little more on my energy bill - who wouldn't like that? Overall, excellent service, the techs are very prompt, and the rates are super affordable.
