This business is a slumlord! They will take the cheapest way out to fix anything that will go wrong while you are renting from them. Check out or be warned about their late payment policy!! After 5pm on the day its due its considered late in their eyes! Then they have a late fee of almost $200 bucks and goes up daily! This isn't even legal, the day is not over yet at 5pm!! Don't use these people, u will regret it.
