Great Service the last 3 years in Laramie , all new trucks, drivers are customer service minded- a complete 180 degree turn around the last 3 years, mangers are available, have come by when Ive had issues, shown me the software and cameras in all trucks that confirms if picked up and skipped, photos of when bin was blocked. Quite the set up now.

I just reported these guys to the Better Business Bureau. I would NOT reccomend using them. Long story short, they do not credit your bill when they neglect to do their job and pick up the trash. They missed a whole week, when I called to ensure my bill would be credited for the week they neglected to pick up my trash I was told they do not credit accounts and that it is my job to notify them when they neglect to do there job so they can send someone back out. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited the whole week. Because I didn't notify them right away I and remind them to do their job I would not be receiving any credit. This is the second time in three months that this has happened. The first time when I spoke to the supervisor he kept telling me "well my guy said he picked it up." I wouldn't be calling to complain if I didn't have a reason.
