RUDE staff. "Customer service" is a joke... Zero professionalism. Installers are completely inept. After giving implicit instructions to not put any alarm stickers on the windows, I come home to a bright yellow 4"x6" bright yellow sticker on EVERY exterior door and window of my brand new house. When I go inside and ask the installer why he put stickers everywhere after being instructed not to, the installer (who was at LEAST 300lbs) was caught sitting on my brand new barstool in my kitchen... Just chilling... When I asked him why he put stickers everywhere, he then decided to argue with me! When I turn around to leave he starts arguing some more under his breath but loud enough so I could hear. At this point I ask him to leave my property and not to come back.
Within the first two weeks, two of the door sensors fell off, one of the glass break sensors malfunctioned and set the alarm at at 3am, and two other door sensors were not properly installed and didn't line up so they didn't recognize that the door was closed.

We refused to pay the bill for the install until the system issues are corrected... We've informed "customer service" of this, yet they continue to call my husband and I daily, saying "when are you going to pay your account?!?"

"Customer Service" is deplorable and the owner should be ashamed of how their employees, both in the office as well as in the field, are representing the company.

If I could give ZERO stars in the rating, I would. The worst decision I've ever made was going with Security Alarm Co. for my home monitoring...

Awful... Terrible... Deplorable...
