General Info
John joined the company in 1985 as President, bringing with him 13 years' prior experience as Vice President of a Lansing-based company. In 1990, he became a 50% owner of Celink, purchasing the remaining 50% in 2002. For more than 20 years, John has worked tirelessly to promote the obligation and need for ethics and integrity in the mortgage industry, and has advanced the value and importance of "doing the right thing, at the right time, for the right reason." He is recognized for his commitment to principles over profit. It was under his leadership and initiative that Celink formally and publicly committed to a Code of Ethics at company headquarters in Lansing, Michigan, when 60-plus employees followed his lead during a designated "signing-day" in 2007. John is an active member and sits on the board of directors for the National Reverse Mortgage Lender's Association, and Celink has been an approved HUD and Fannie Mae reverse mortgage servicer since 2005. Ryan has 10+ years of mortgage servicing background, all with Celink, including experience in the Default Management and Investor Accounting departments. He obtained a business degree from Michigan State University and, prior to joining Celink, worked in the banking and information technology industries. When he re-joined Celink in 2005, he established the Reverse Mortgage Servicing Department. Ryan maintains excellent relationships with regulators, auditors, investors, lenders and clients alike, including Fannie Mae, HUD and Ginnie Mae. Ryan is a Certified Senior Advisor, an active member of the MBA, the National Reverse Mortgage Lender's Association (NRMLA) and currently serves on the NRMLA Servicing and Technology Committees. Beverly joined Celink in 1997 and prior, served as Controller for the Servicing Association Student Loans, Inc, in San Marcos, Texas. As CFO at Celink, she is responsible for all accounting, investor reporting, finance, and human resource operations. She earned a Masters degree in Public Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University. Beverly is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Brent joined the company in 2006, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience spanning various markets in the banking and information technology industries. Prior to joining Celink, Brent held positions that included Vice President of Systems for a large regional bank in Indiana; Systems and Technology Manager for a financial services organization serving government, commercial and retail industries; and for an international technology consulting firm in the government sector.

Overall

It will be my mission to let everyone know how horrible this company was when my mother died this past Jan. with 2 weeks of her dieing I was bombarded with phone calls say if her rever morgage was not replayed in 60 days my mothers house would be foreclosed on. I haven't even played her to rest but that didnt matter. They were beyond rude to me and my real estate agent we hired to sell my mothers house. I've been going up on and ignored. I'd recommend you ask how they treat who is left to deal with the reverse morgage after the the person who had the loan has past. Me as well as my real estate agent will never forget how non compassionate they were and still are. I called yesterday to take with a supervisor and was hung up on again on. Even after the loan was repayed and house was sold. Think twice .
