I have been to many eye doctors before,I’m new in the area so I though I well give them a try.I called for a appointment young lady didn’t ask me what insurance I take ,I go in and they didn’t take out the time to verify my insurance,so they won’t me to pay cash and I do have insurance,most places I have been save you the trouble and verify your insurance before u come in.Very unprofessional ,And while I was there another person was denied from her insurance.Got to do better please take the time and ask your costumers 1.what insurance you do you have 2. ask to bring it in on your appointment 3.and verify before coming in.4. Call the costumers to confirm appointment.
