If I have one regret over my years of having car insurance, continuing the relationship I had as long as I did with this company is at the top of the list. For one thing, I was way overcharged compared to the rates I got elsewhere. For a second, when I finally wised up to the fact that the grass is much greener and opted out, they cancelled me earlier than the date I had on my statement which caused me to have my registration suspended for three months. Nationwide loves to give you that "Nationwide is on your side" slogan but this office was clearly not on my side and in the end, screwed me over after doing business with them for over a decade. Expensive business at that. The insurance business is a very crooked racket and this is a known fact in an age where we are constantly forced to adopt more bureaucracy by the state. At the end of the day, I'd be hard pressed to give a positive review of any of them but in telling you where not to go, this office of back stabbing shysters ranks very high. Stay away.

I have been dealing with this office for over 25 years and they are all top notch and the best at what they do.. Being able to deal with someone face to face speaks volumes with me. Would recommend this office to anyone!
