There should be an option for zero stars because I paid and received zero service. After swiping my card, the machine told me to pull forward into the washing area. When I pulled into it, the light saying "Drive forward" never came on. I proceeded forward cautiously and the stop light never came on either. As I continued to pull forward, a light came on telling me I went too far. It seemed that the least important light was the only one working. When I finally was able to use my psychic powers to determine where to stop the vehicle, the doors of the wash closed and it sprinkled about a cup of water near my hood. No additional lights came on. No more water came out. My girlfriend and I were trapped! She had 2 asthma attacks in the past week so I was afraid she may panic and have another. I had to get out of the car while in a suit and tie, risk getting soaked or injured if the machine randomly decided to start working, and locate an emergency release button. Mind you its 17 degrees outside! Once I was able to get the car and my girlfriend to safety, she called the owner while I looked for an attendant. Of course there was no attendant so I ran back to the car to warm up and I'm instantly apalled by the conversation the owner was having with my girlfriend. Instead of displaying a bit of empathy, he sarcastically began explaining how to use a drive through car wash. It made me so upset I grabbed the phone and explained the situation again and emphasized the fact that had I not been present, my girlfriend could've panicked, had an asthma attack, and died on his property. His tone became a bit more serious but he still continued to insist that a large majority of clients use the machines incorrectly. After a heated 30 minute exchange, it had become apparent that he misheard the entire story because he was unaware that we never received a car wash and that BOTH doors to the wash closed on us. He did admit to having less than adequate machinery and that he receives complaints from even his most loyal clients. He offered us a refund and a free wash but I'm still not sure he even listened to what we said. He seemed very disinterested and my girlfriend said when she called, the person that initially answered was either a child or a person that spoke very little English.Bottom Line:This business clearly does not care about its clients and their well being, nor do they deliver quality goods and service. They do not take pride in delivering even an AVERAGE customer experience as evidenced by the owner's admittance to inadequacy. Do not spend your money here.
