        Overall

        Worst agency around! They promote the Philips telehealth system to monitor BP, oxygen and weight. Yet when it arrives and doesn't work, the staff complains how lousy it is and rather than contacting Philips to repair simple cancel the program. Kind of seems like a switch and bait - offer something special and than pull it and leave you with crappy regular service.
