AMAZING! The entire experience working with Joanne has been phenomenal. She is friendly, funny, and knows her stuff! She had a big box of samples delivered to the house for me to mull over, and I was able to pick the perfect carpet. On to the carpet. Oh, the carpet! It is so plush, and cozy and beautiful. And her guys, John & Rich, are the best! They have transformed the look of my family room. And the quality of their work is the best I have ever seen. Plus, they are friendly, honest guys. What's not to love?! I HIGHLY recommend Joanne and her guys for any of your carpet needs. The range and quality of her product, you will not be able to find anywhere else. And trust me, I looked everywhere! Call her, you will be so glad you did!

I cannot say enough about how fantastic it was working with Joanne and Bob. My hubby and I recently bought a shore house and were on a budget, but wanted big changes. Boy did these 2 deliver! They consulted us on everything, kept us in the loop, under budget, and the place looks amazing. The things we loved the most about them is that they left our home spotless and they served as a one-stop-shop-- Carpet, hardwoods, carpentry, plumbing, tile, painting, drywall, and electric. The work they did is impeccable and I will NEVER use anyone but them as long as I live around them. They are an absolute delight to work with and I HIGHLY recommend using them. When we remodel at our home here they will be doing our master bath and painting. Need I say more?!

Wow! I called The Carpet Lady for an estimate on carpet and hardwood for my first floor two weeks ago. Joanne, The Carpet Lady brought samples to my home. Her prices were so reasonable that I was able to do the three bedrooms up stairs as well. Her knowledge of what worked best with my decor was wonderful. She has a very large selection of hardwood and carpet. We picked out what we wanted and installation was completed yesterday. Her hardwood floor installer is a master carpenter and did a really beautiful job in my Living room and foyer. While he was here he installed Crown molding as well. Her carpet installers were experts with seams. I had to ask them were they were. You could not see any seams. I could not believe her prices. She told me because she had no overhead she is able to pass along the savings to her customers. She sure did. Thank You Carpet Lady. Great Job!!!
