Axis Diagnostics

The people at the place were really nice and helpful. They not only helped me but went above and beyond into meeting my needs. The person that took my blood was really sweet and helpful and she had no issues finding my veins, where most other places seem to have had previous issues. Overall it was a good experience and i would advise my friends to go.

Staff were not helpful and polite at all. I went there 3 times and was returned. Just in case, I called them to make an appointment, but I was told I don’t need to make an appointment. First they told me, I need to have a prescription, then copy of prescription, then original prescription, etc. They have the worst service ever. They don’t know how to communicate well. They should go back to school for a better service. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Axis Diagnostics, Langhorne. They are the absolute WORST place in town. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. It’s also pretty expensive compared to other diagnostics. Please go find somewhere else. And THANK YOU.
