Dr. Stephanie Annette Mackey, MD

Dr. Mackey and her staff are very professional and helpful. Dr. Mackey took care of my scalp and some problems with my my neck 24 April 2006.

I went to get 3 moles on my face removed.  They were flesh colored bumps, that looked like pimples.  She assured me they were normal, but if I wanted to have them removed, it was a very standard procedure.  Admittedly, I'm vain, and with my wedding approaching, I wanted to, look my best.  She cut them off, and now have 3 very deep gouges in my face.  I had a plastic surgeon try to fix them with fillers, and he recommended that I come back to have it CUT, and stitched together.  This plastic surgeon has done previous procedures on me, and my scars have healed well.  He said that it will never be fixed. Based on his previous experience with my skin, he said what she did was completely negligent, and he would swear to it in a court of law.  I also visited a laser center.  After I explained why I was there, she said, "You went to Mackey?". Apparently she has a reputation for scarring people for life.
