We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Joe at AutoTraders! We got a great deal and our trade in price was fair as well. Their customer service is outstanding. We won't bother looking around for our next vehicle-we'll just go back to AutoTraders.

I recently found Jon and Autotraders on Ebay and my experience with them has been nothing but amazing. I dealt with Jon while in another state and he demenstrated great communication and knowledge in selling and shipping to out of state buyers. The whole experience has been perfect and i wouldnt ask for a better seller. Hope to come across more businesses like Autotraders Int.

I was recently browsing online for used Cadillac Escalades, and came across this dealer on an online venue. The price was great, the car looked very well kept, and the salesman that I spoke with (I will not reference his name here) seemed very accomodating and ready to help. I let him know that I would be traveling nearly two and a half hours to look at this vehicle today, and he said it sounded great. The trouble comes in when just as I was getting ready to step out my front door to travel, I pulled up the web page to get the address for the GPS and the asking price for the car had been raised an extra $1,000, both on their website and also on the online venue that I had located the dealership/vehicle on. This seems to be the ultimate "bait-and-switch" type of game that you find with so many other dealerships, and it's really disappointing because this seemed to be the small-town, honest dealership I was looking to purchase from. BUYER BEWARE -- MAKE SURE that you are not deceived as I was with their advertising. Also, after calling to speak with the salesman regarding this issue, I did not receive a telephone call back; I had to call them back and I was told I would still be given the original price just for me... No thank you.

There was an incorrect price on a vehicle we fixed this mistake but we offered to stand behind our mistake and sell you this vehicle for the lower price. So easy to deal with. Everything was easy and everything was great. I love my car and dealing with these guys was the best car buying experience I ever had. No pressure and no gimmicks or games, they got me a great price my car came with a new inspection and new tires everything was great. They worked with me on price and got me financing. Everything could not have worked out better. I would definitely go back.

Overall

I bought a conversion van from here. The experience was very positive, even though on the the test drive I ran out of gas. I don't really fault them for that, with many cars coming on and off the lot, it is hard to keep track, but they were happy to give me the key and test drive without much pressure. I appreciated the fact the van was exactly as advertised and no hidden damage or issues not disclosed in their pictures or description. Some places get you in and then tell you six reasons why the vehicle is completely hosed, or worse "just sold".



They were very busy right at opening on a freezing cold Saturday morning in January, but still managed to help all customers efficiently, and fairly. The price point on the vehicle I bought was quite low, but we still did some negotiating and they let me pay with my debit card with no surcharge even though they had to run it as credit. I did have to pay a 129 dollar paperwork/tags fee, which isn't bad but it was when I only paid a little for the vehicle. I was concerned about a little transmission whine, so they threw in a 3 month warranty to put my mind at ease.



Overall, a very MODERN experience, Internet shopping, they do their negotiating off numbers in their database in front of a PC they have no problem you looking over there shoulder on. Clean office, well groomed sales staff, and no pressure.



I would definitely buy from them again when I need a nice used car. Did I mention they let me park my car on their lot for like 3 weeks till I could get back to the dealership which was 2 hours from home? Awesomeness....Go give them some business.

The Dealership was clean and they were friendly. They didnt give me any crap or high pressure. They have a great selection and most cars are in my price range. I am very happy with them and I have been very happy with my new car. I would feel safe sending my Grandmother there to buy a car. They have been there forever and they just keep getting bigger. They know the right way to treat the customers.
