        Overall

        We scheduled an appointment for repair on a large appliance. The appointment time given was between 8 am and 10 am. At 11:00 a.m. no one had shown up yet and no one had called. Contact with Trio stated the repairman "had issues with another repair job" (They scheduled two jobs for the same time? Really?) I explained that we had lost a day's wages due to keeping this appointment and no one had called to let us know their issue. In the conversation, they could not tell us when the repairman would be able to show. I cancelled the appointment and called Sears.

        OUTSTANDING SERVICE

        My experience with Trio was unbelievable. I thought businesses like this were gone forever. Glad to know there's someone who actually "cares" about the customer. Knowledgable and helpful. Reasonably priced and they service what they sell and they're "certified" as well. Quality products and prompt delivery. I've had their appliance and TV service too...and man oh man, those people know what they're doing. I'm telling all of my friends and neighbors about them. No wonder they've been around since the 50s. They'll be around forever with service like that!!! Thank you Trio. Keep up the exceptional work.
