The company is a very laid back company. They treat you with respect depending on who you are. The production department is okay considering the normal day-to-day bull. But if you're working for the QA Department, this will be the worst QA experience you'll ever have. The managerof the dept doesn't seem to be really sure about what he's doing or how to run the dept, & the rest of the dept has no kind of intellect or any kind of communication skills between them. They'll show you a few things and then leave you to fend fod yourself. The management is at an all time low & they don't help each other out, so how can they help you? Only go there temporarily & go someplace else. Although they will have the nerve to say you were a waiste of time, they are actually waisting your time. A director quit, a manager quit, & 5 inspectors within 18 months quit. Don't waiste your time!
