I have moved a lot throughout the years and it seems that I have finally found the right Gym.
privately owned (I understand it's a new ownership) friendly, family like atmosphere, where almost everybody knows everybody else, quiet, well maintained, very clean and pleasent place. The fact that the owner is always there, with a group of great professional trainers, must have a lot to do with it.
Love it!

Although this small, quiet gym is nice and clean, I don't recommend this

business because I have been trying for five months to get Gary, the owner,

to refund a fraudulent deduction that was made on my credit card. When I

signed up, I had to agree to automatic monthly deductions which seemed fine

to me. However, when I gave the 30-day notice and moved from the area in

November 2012, I noticed that I was still charged on my credit card for

December 2012. I notified Gary in January 2013, when he assured me the

matter would be taken care of. I have called him more than 10 times, have

sent him a self-addressed, stamped envelope and have been understanding and

patient. He told me almost two weeks ago that the check had been sent. I

still haven't gotten it as of today, 5-16-2013. I went to Yelp to write a

review and saw another complaint about Gary that is exactly like mine. See

to use this gym and have to cancel, don't forget to call your credit card

company and make sure that Total Health and Fitness is not allowed to charge

your card, because you probably won't get refunded by Gary if you don't stop

that privilege. I notified my credit card company, but because I believed

Gary, I waited until it the time-period for disputing a charge had expired.

This is not a good way to run a business. There are many other gyms in the

area that have better hours and more equipment so don't waste your time or

money!
