I am highly DISSATISFIED with this place. They were rude, condescending, impatient and disrespectful to my 80 year old mother trying to pre-pay her own funeral services. They lack compassion or patience in dealing with their supreme clients; the elderly. We took our business elsewhere. We suggest you do the same if you're looking for a supportive, comforting experience in planning finer arrangements. HORRIBLE customer/ human being service!!!!!!!! DO NOT patronize them.

They seemed understanding and professional at the beginning, which made my choice in their favor because I needed it all done simply and quickly.

Instead, I faced delays, disrespectful attitude, and even few little lies. Once the money was paid, the "service" ended - they allowed errors in both death certificate and certificate of cremation. Not only there was no desire to make up for the errors and promptly correct them, I did not even hear an apology - just aggravation of already difficult situation when you think that nothing worse than the death could happen to you.

This place, according to the worker, employs only 2 people; they can���t do their job well simply because of lack of hands. Be careful and pay attention to the paperwork this place issues, look for errors, signatures on notarized copies, etc. Or, better go to some other place.
