Horrible! They left my oil cap off causing oil to leak all over my engine and brand new driveway. They claimed someone must have stolen my oil cap and wouldn't compensate me for the damage.

Horrible experience. They misdiagnosed my Mercedes and charged me nearly double what they quoted me. It still wasn't fixed after I picked it up. I had another local Mercedes shop fix it right. I will never return to Exclusive for service.
