Aptive Environmental

Brenna was our tech and she was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. She explained what she was doing and why. She had a great personality and was very easy to deal with. Since we just had the first treatment I can't say how it worked just yet but based on other reviews I'm sure it will work to remove our issues with wasps, yellow jackets and fire ants.

I've had 4 or 5 treatments around my house and outside bushes and deck and I think I've seen only 0ne spider and only a few flying insects all summer. My main problem was a huge ant village on my lawn and that is no longer a problem. If you have insect problems I think these guys are the ones to call!

I called to schedule a retreatement and they came out right away! The treatments are very effective. Every team member that we have met have been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Walker was great at listening to my concerns and patient when answering the numerous questions I presented to him. The tech was great and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I am not sure if there was a miscommunication when signing up for the service, but when I spoke to the rep that signed me up, I think his name was Spencer, he told us that a technician would come in the house and remove all of the spider webs from the attic and the basement as to make sure spiders were not able to travel between the walls this way. If this could be explained as to why this was not done it would be greatly appreciated, All that was done was the outside was sprayed and a rat bait station was placed in my back yard.

The Aptive service techs that I have had have been very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I appreciate the fact that they always check in with me to see if I have questions or concerns. Also, I really like the fact that they check the second story of my house for wasps!

Albert was professional and friendly. I pointed out certain areas that needed special attention and he took care of it. He was thorough in his application. I would recommend Albert and Aptive Environmental.

Josh Hathorn is very nice guy, he came over to my house for the initial treatments and explained lot of things to me, he is knowledgeable and easy going and knows lot about pests and products which he uses.

Nate appeared early on in the target time period. He explained what he would be doing clearly. He completed his tasks efficiently. We would have him return for future servicing.
