This is the ONLY company I will use in the future – here's why. On a hot September day my AC just quit working. It was after hours and I was desperate. I called Mr. Kool Man. OMG! BIG mistake! Told me the thermostat was shot, a motor needed to be replaced, it was full of mold, I wouldn't be able to get Freon for this old (15yr) unit next year, it wasn't worth fixing and I should replace it: quoted $63-68K for a new unit. WOW! I thought I would check around. I got three estimates for a new unit the next day – the last one was Ryals Brothers. The owner came and was the ONLY one of the 3 companies who actually checked my unit to see what was wrong. He found the electrical problem, called his workers to bring the part and fixed the problem within 90 minutes. The motor was not broken, it was not full of mold (had less than the average), freon is still available (just more expensive), and I don't need a new unit as there are still years of use left in this one. When it's time to get a new unit, this is the company I will use. Ryals Brothers is a small company with integrity and heart. Not only honest, but caring – what a surprise in this industry!

The folks at Ryals Bros. are honest; experienced; friendly, yet professional; take pride in their workmanship; have fair prices; and they care about their customers. Who does that anymore?!?! Ryals Bros. isn't looking to take advantage of people or sell them something they don't need. They have consistently exceeded MY expectations over 10 yrs and I am very particular about who I give my hard earned money to. My only wish is that they worked on cars, plumbing, and appliances as well, because I would use them for everything! GREAT company with GREAT employees!
