From the moment I spoke with his assistant, Ashley, on the phone, I knew I had located the best group for correcting my carpal tunnel matter. Ashley was personable and professional while speaking with me on the phone. The website detailed everything I needed to know to decide if I would schedule an appointment to have the procedure done, but Ashley answered all of my questions completely and made me feel cared about and that they’re medical group was there to assist me in my mission to alleviate the ongoing pain I was experiencing. They did exactly that!
Dr. Jurbala’s down-to-earth bedside manner, communicating in understandable, laymen terms, while he was correcting my problem was nothing short of admirable and set my mind at ease from the start to the finish of the procedure.
I’m a fan who will share my good fortune of having been served by this group with everyone I know and anyone indicating they have carpal tunnel concerns!
It’s a no-brainer to go the path of minimal down time for recovery, paying a fraction of the cost to that of involving a hospital and anesthesia.
