Flowers By Edith

So my wife is leaving on valentines day for manager training in north florida so i wanted to send her flowers to enjoy during the week until she left. So i ordered tulips from Flowers By Edith in lakeland. I ordered the upgraded radiant red tulips. They sent some other tulip called parrot tulip that appears to have sat on a truck for 4-days in the sun. I contacted them and attempted to make it right with some other flowers as they still did not have what i ordered. I should have demanded a refund but i figured they would go above and beyond to fix is... they didn't... the new arrangement looked like something you send a friend to say thanks... not very romantic valentines arrangement like i ordered. The fact they thought that what they sent would be acceptable without even contacting me first is beyond me. I literally laughed at the owner... thought i was being punked or something were someone jumps out of the bushes with a camera and says hi your on candid camera, but nope didn't happen. Do yourself a favor and send your money to some other flower shop this valentines day.

This is a fine florist the flowers are fresh, and designs are wonderful, the prices a little steep.
