This is a great school. I have always had an interest in kung fu and when I took one of their free classes I was blown away by how much knowledge the instructor had. He was very patient with me since I was a beginner. I was a little intimidated at first, but the other students in class were just starting out new, too, so I felt like part of the gang. It was a great workout and a lot of fun. We played some games at the end of class which were cool. And the best part is I am learning to defend myself and that really builds my self-confidence. The school is new and it was very clean. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great workout and is bored with same stuff at the gym and also wants to learn to defend themselves!

I have been looking for something for my 5 year old son Jeremy for some time now. He has ADHD and mild autism. My doctor recommended martial arts so I looked into it last year, went to a few schools in the Lake Worth area and was disappointed. Recently I noticed a new school had opened and I checked it out. They were very friendly and professional. I met with the Program Coordinator and he let my son take a free class to see if he liked it and would pay attention. To my surprise, he took really well to it and said he wanted to come back. They had 2 instructors in the class and they were very attentive and friendly, as well as playing games that my son enjoyed. I highly recommend this school to any child who needs to learn some discipline, focus, or just how to get along with other kids and learn some respect for adults, too.
