Executive Water Systems

I was asked by the owner to remove my negative review of his company. He was very apologetic and promised that he would provide better quality service if I decide to hire them. I appreciate his concern and I give them three stars instead of one for effort.
I still stand strong on being honest and upfront, especially when it comes to companies that provide service that can effect the quality of life for you and your family. My advice is to research and interview several companies before hiring , also make sure you get a written quote, and finally be sure to ask to have your water tested on site so you have results right in front of you. Some companies test differently , so find out what is on the contaminate list and make sure they can get rid of it properly. Finally make sure you familarize yourself with the equipment installed, ask questions and keep track of what is being done to maintain it which includes, filter changes ,salt replacements and rebedding inside of the tank.
