My realtor recommended Dan Olson's AC Services to me, and I could not have been happier to find such an honest, reliable company! We had some questions about the AC unit in a home we were going to potentially purchase, and Dan Olson's AC Services came out to assess the situation. They took the time to inspect every detail and were able to provide us with lots of great information. We have since purchased the home and have used them to service our unit several times, and we have had a great experience every time. I always recommend them to anyone looking for an AC company!

Routine maintenance is also terrific - they give great advice and recommend what we need rather than selling something we don't. I have used Dan Olson's AC several times at this point but after my last experience I decided to get to the keyboard.

In my experiences thus far, this is a company that works by their mission statement:
Our mission is simple: We care. We provide good workmanship and quality materials for a reasonable price. We do the right thing by people - and they tell their friends!

This is spot on. I was referred to them by a friend and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. In fact, I already did. They have done everything from help me over the phone (when they could've made a service call), fit me in last minute (like yesterday!) and everyone I have talked to from Dan himself to the scheduling admin have been awesome! They get customer service right.

Because they fit me in last minute on a Friday afternoon, my house was 84*! now I'm sitting comfortably in my air conditioned home on a Saturday morning . They knew I was willing to buy a new unit if needed but were able to fix it and did. I will buy a new unit soon and I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

BTW- my friend that referred me would never leave a review online, LOL, but he would also say the same things and he doesn't easily endorse people! In fact, everyone I have recommended is a repeat customer. If you're in PBC, don't hesitate to use these guys/gals!

I've used Dan Olson's AC service for nearly 20 years. Prompt, friendly, reliable, affordable service. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I have been Dan's operations manager for the last 5 years. Although I might seem biased, I feel that I am able to leave an objective review. I actually used to be one of Dan's customers before I worked for him, and he was one of my customers while I worked for an HVAC supply store. I managed that supply store for a few years and all of the local AC contractors were my customers, so I have first-hand experience dealing with many different AC companies. Dan's company is as honest as they get! We have a great team, from the office to the field, and we make it a priority to make sure our customers are taken care of and that the job is completed the right way. We also have very competitive pricing for service repairs and installations. It's very difficult in the service industry to find somebody who is going to do right by you, and Dan has built his whole company around doing that. If you want a company that is going to always be straightforward with you, always try to fix your unit first before replacing it, always give you their best professional recommendation and keep your best interest in mind, a company that doesn't employ salesmen but trained qualified and even Nate certified technicians, then you have found the right place!

I wanted to provide some insight to anyone looking to use Olson's Air Conditioning (Find Another Company). We contacted Olson's air conditioning in July of 2012 to check our air conditioning unit and provide summer maintenance. Our air conditioner was a older unit but worked well enough and we had no previous problems with it's use.



Dan Olson' AC came out and inspected the unit and stated that it was old and on it's last leg and we should consider a new unit, as the unit was older and not so energy efficient we thought it was a good idea to replace it with a newer model Ruud unit so we agreed to do so. Since the new unit was replaced Dan Olson's AC has had to come to service it no less then 14 times, and that does not include a recall on the unit where Dan Olson's AC had to change a part as per the Manufacturer that paid Dan Olson's another $500.00 plus for service.



Our AC unit still is not working correctly and as per Olson's AC the problem is the drain pipe which they state they did not install so its not their problem. It's funny that we never had an issue with our old unit with draining, and couple that with the fact that Olson's AC cut our drain pipe to add a sensor that has not worked correctly and in fact the last service man used duck tape to hold it in place because it was seated wrong. Also note that I have been charged for service calls for this same problem multiple times.



At this point Dan Olson's AC dose not even return phone calls so I have been forced to contact Ruud directly to see if they can help us get this unit running the right way. Bottom line is Dan Olson' AC does not stand by their work period.
