Happy Teriyaki

We went yesterday to try out this new place. Arrived at 548pm only one customer in front of us, around 638 the gal at front counter calls our number we go to get up and they hand it to another person. That person walks out takes it to her car then brings the food back stating it is not her food. They proceeded to give her the correct order then move on while my food is sitting on counter while they try to figure out what happened. They call out the order with one item wrong so still unsure if it is ours. Well it was ours they try to rebag and hand it to me and they felt there was nothing wrong with that process. They did not offer to remake food or offer anything to rectify the situation. Needless to say I had them keep their food and had to ask for my money back and we ate elsewhere!
