Elements Contracting

I found myself using Elements Roofing at the recommendation of my neighbor. I had been hoping to find a reputable company to work on my roof for some time. It started off by speaking with the owner, Ben. 10 minuets on the phone with him made me feel like I was dealing with a professional. We set an appointment and met to discuss my needs further. After meeting we climbed up to take a better look. Ben stated that this was a common repair and the cost would minimal. He took some pictures and we set an appointment for the following day. His workers were on time and they took great care to protect my yard. I felt comfortable leaving them to their work. I met with Ben later that day to inspect the work. His team did a perfect job! I had my wife bake some cookies for him and my neighbor as a thank you.

I contacted Elements on a recommendation from a co-worker. I was expecting a good experience but I had no idea how far above and beyond they would go. The owner Benjamin, cam out to do my estimate only to find not only a rotten roof but a huge bee hive. He promised me that he could take care of it and that he had a guy who could handle it. They arrived two days later to get started and his Bee guy got to work ridding my roof of the bees. I stayed inside and when I got a chance to leave I did. When I returned I was greeted with new wood and they were just starting on the shingles. Ben showed me how they plugged up the holes made it safe. The follow day the finished (love the rain) When they was done it looked outstanding. They were fair with the price and the workmanship was perfect. I really appreciate that they went above what was expected to get rid of my unwanted guests.

I met Benjamin through a friend at the club. I mention to him that we were having some moister and drainage problem with our roof. He came out to take a look at the problem. He explained to me that it was a simple repair and should take only a few hours. Ho provided me with pictured of the damage for my insurance company. He worked me up a written quote just to outline the scope of the work. 2 days later Elements came out got working. They did a great job with the repair and fixing my gutters. Ben met me that afternoon and we settled up. I ended up paying him what he quoted me and additionally he gave me a warrantee. Elements and Benjamin were very professional and a joy to have a contracting company.

My friend told me about Elements. I have had this constant leak for the last 3 weeks and couldn't take it. I called 2 other companies but Elements was the first who answered the phone. I spoke to Charlotte(??) and she made an appointment for me. On Thursday Benjamin came out to my house to look at the leak problem. He told me that it was an easy fix and could have someone come on Friday and fix it. I was soooo relieved. On Friday, two guys came to my house at 9:30 and the got right to work. They were finished by 3:00. I met Benjamin to pay the bill. He only charged me 455.00 to fix my leak. Had I known it was going to be so cheap I would have not let it have gone on for so long. Super company!

I called Elements to fix a repair that was done by another

"reputable" Lake Oswego roofer. I tried several times to have the original contractor warrantee their work but they kept blowing me off. Finally I called Elements. I had met the owner before and he seemed to be knowledgeable about flat roof repair. He met me at my house and inspected the roof with me. He showed me how the previous contractor failed to slope it properly and that the seams were facing the wrong direction for the water flow. He agreed to fix it. He sent 5 guys and they had it repaired in under 5 hours. I appreciate watching how it was done and they really kept my yard free of debris. Ben also offered me advice on how to deal with the other roofing company. I appreciated that! They are a very pro company!

Elements did a great job on my roof repair and gutter addition. They were on time, clean, and I felt I got a very fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have suffered with a leaking roofing for almost a month. We were having my in-laws over for the holidays. I was forced to get it fixed at least temporarily. I saw Elements sign on my way to work for some time and I thought I'd just stop in. The office manager was very polite and told me that Ben could take a look at it but the schedule was full till after the 1st. I felt discouraged but I met with the owner Ben later that day. He inspected it and let me know that it would be about 600 for the repair. He said he could to it after Christmas. I explained to him my problem with timing and he said he could get someone over right away. He also said that he had some extra supplies that he would donate at no charge. I felt truly humbled. His crew came out and finished my roof even though it was dark. Ben came by after it was finished and wouldn't accept the payment. He told me to pass it on and Merry Christmas. I am from the East coast and this kind of stuff never happens.WOW all I can say!

My wife and I just purchased a home in Beaverton for our daughter. It was a bank owned home and it was "As is". When we were able to get into it we saw water damage throughout the house. We called 4 companies for quotes on the repair and the price varied wildly. We took the middle quote of Elements roofing of Lake Oswego. They showed up on time and finished almost on time. There were more issues that needed to be resolved when they took the shingles off. I felt that they treated me fairly with the additional repairs. The price went up with additions but my daughter now has a leak free home. I would recommend them as a professional fair contractor.

I contacted Elements because my gutters were not working properly. The water was seeping into my home and I could see it from the bedroom. I spoke with the owner Ben. He came out to look at it and tell me the price. He got up there and took photos for me so I could see the damage. He told me that he could fix the gutter problem while he was here but I would need new wood where the damage was done. He fixed the gutter and I made a time that I could be there to do the rest of it. He and 2 guys showed up and had the repair finished in 4 hours. Ben gave me a name of a drywall and paint guy to fix the bedroom. I liked the way the company presented itself and I felt that the repair was a fair price.

We just moved into our new home last week only to have our dining room fill with water. It was apparent that the sellers just painted over the leak(nice). I called around to find a company who would not charge us for an estimate and treat us right. We call several companies but we were not impressed. Elements was the first company that a person answered( good first step). Ben(owner) came over to give me an estimate within 2 hours. He told me that he could have it repaired by the next day. His people got here at 7:30 and by 9 it was done. Ben charged me less than he quoted by $119.00. and gave me a credit toward a replacement roof. Our experience was very positive with this company.
