Discounted smokes? Not unless you buy the carnival brand. Also, seems like owner tries to make you think hes doing you a favor by supposedly dropping the price a bit. I paid almost 11 bucks for something opened and half empty and that was the super deal I was given. Also would be nice if hours were posted somewhere on the net or on vm on phone.
