Mike an employee at Wilson came out diagnose my air conditioner put freon in it let me know it had a leak quoted me a price on a new unit which I'm going to have them installed. Courteous. Honest and gave me a break on the service call I will do business with them from now on. Doug Swanson

Called to have my air fixed. Employee Mike came out. Told me he would order my replacement part and have it in 2 days. 8 days later, no calls, had to call them. They tell me that the part was never ordered. Mike says he didn't want to mess a York warranty because of too much hassle. Refuses to work on a.c. now. So I have now wasted 85 for a diagnostic fee and paid for freon that is going to leak out. I now have to pay another diagnostic fee to a different company. Mike also tried to scam me. Tried to charge me for 12 pounds of freon when he only added 3 pounds. And tried to charge almost triple the price per pound. Tried to talk me into soldering a hole in the a.c. but told him no because it would void the warranty. Rude employee and I don't trust him. Would like a response from someone higher in the company. Service call was under Bowen in Starke FL.
