I don't want to start off hostal or outright mean, but your policies are a rip off especially when you have employees that selling products that they know nothing about. I explained what I want the product for and why I needed it to be durable. The product was for a 1 year old who recently turned 2. The first time I came into your store I bought the kindle fire kids edition, which I wanted to keep because it was durable but the software crashed and it didn't want to work so I went and replaced it for the same product and this time I had to rebuy a "protection plan" that I have already purchased. Can I say rip off? Any other store they would replace the product if you had a receipt, which I did. Then I have bring that one back because it stop working all together and I "did not" want another one because that's not a freak accident that two of the same products doing the same thing. This time that meant I lost the money I payed for the "rip off protection plan" because I bought a whole new item in hopes that she have something to keep her quiet while we travel or just in the car. This product your employee guaranteed that it will be durable and geared towards a toddler. I found out differently when I to return and yet again lost money towards a "rip off protection plan". It's not right that your store is ripping people off selling something that is garbage and don't really protect the customer but your store. When every store will replace products if you have a receipt for that product. I'm so scared to let her even play with the new item because I didn't rebuy the "rip off protection" again because I'm tired of wasting my money buying them.

Whats the point of buying a warranty, and they dont fix accidents. Wasted money. And when you call nobody answers you, so now i have a warranty until 2020,i cant use..this does not make sense to me!

Horrible customer service. Our salesman knew nothing about the mattress and bed set we wanted. After deciding on $3100 worth of products, we scheduled our delivery. The items were never delivered because they weren't in stock. This is after the salesman checked and said they were available. Not only did he lie to us he never gave us a courteous call. Now we are without a bed for the next week. Completely unprofessional.

Had my iPhone Repaired in less then an hour after bringing it into have the glass changed. Excellent customer service and I would recommend them everyone.I had called around for prices and theirs was very fair, but the way they spoke to me on the phone made all the difference in me going in for service. They were polite and courteous and set up an appointment for me to go in.
