        Overall

        I was having problems with my septic system for only the second time in my 13 years at this address. I thought that I needed both chambers of my tank pumped, which was the solution a couple of years ago, the first time I had trouble. That cost me nearly $600, and I used a different septic service, one whose name begins with the first letter of the alphabet and the first number. This time I spoke with Rita in the Rocklan office and had a very useful discussion about how these systems work, and she suggested some other things I could try before going ahead with scheduling a pump out. As it happened, that did solve my problem, and I did not have to be pumped. I made sure to thank Rita, and I will certainly give them my business in the future.

        Overall

        They couldn't pump my septic tank because the road to our house was too small, but she spent an hour on the phone helping me to get my system working again, even faxing a diagram of our sytem to me and directing me what to do and didn't even charge me for the help. The suggestions worked great and we had use of our septic again. I would highly recommend them.
