All About Storage

This storage company is a sham! The hours of operation are terrible ....like 10am-4pm M-F. If you work a normal job like most people, you'll have to settle for a phone call. But wait! .....the phone number doesn't work either! (at least the one listed on google and in the yellow pages.) If there's another #, good luck finding it and good luck trying to get a hold of physical person! Also, the front office is rarely staffed, so the posted hours aren't really the hours of operation because there's rarely a physical person on location! The property management company is Paradigm Properties. After numerous failed attempts to contact a physical person, I decided to pay Paradigm Properties a visit. Guess what I found? A VACANT OFFICE! Oh yeah, the number posted for Paradigm Properties on google and in the yellow pages is a wrong number as well! How does this place maintain a business!?!

I currently have a storage at All About Storage. I forgot to drop off my payment yesterday so I called to find out the late fee. My storage garage is only $50 per month and found out the the late fee is $30!!!!!! That's more than half of what I pay per month!!!! That's crazy!!! Just a heads up. This is why they advertise on TV because no one will keep their storage with them!
