Worked for this company for nearly 2 years. HR department is biased to management. They run through employees like water. Mike Hall (Manager) and Sherri (HR) are best of friends. I thought HR was for all employees???? Stay away from this company. They play with house money (ABB) money, so they don't care about their employees. Absolutely horrible! Employees smoke drugs in parking lot on breaks/lunches. This company, management, and HR will experience karma from the way they treated employees both past/present. These are all facts. Stay far away from this company. It is plenty of other jobs out here to fall victim to a company who will never care about you as an individual.
