I called this guy to come fix my 77 year old moms ac in her camper. He said he would be there on a certain day but he didn’t show up so ok I called again he said he would be there nope he didn’t show you. After the 5th time he decided to show up. Told us what was wrong. Said if we bought the new ac he would come back to install it without charging a return charge so ok we got the new ac. Called him he said he would be there to put it in. We offered to put it on the top of the camper to make it easier for him. He didn’t show up. Called him again he said I have put it in my calendar I will be there in Saturday at 12:00 ok so Saturday at 12:30 when I hadn’t heard from him I called again. He said I am on my way. 3 hours later I called him again. He answered and acted like he couldn’t hear me. I said don’t do this. For someone who couldn’t hear me when I called on a different number he could hear me fine and told me he wasn’t coming at all because I told him don’t do this when he was messing with us. He could have said hey I am having problems instead of saying he would be there. I would not depend on him to do anything he says. He will not honor what he says. To leave an older woman without ac in July and august in Missouri is the worst thing he could do.

We called Nick from the park on the morning we were to leave when our slideout would not operate. Once Nick removed the monitor panel and it appeared there would not be an easy fix we requested that he manually close the slideout and we would take our coach to a repair shop at our destination. I was happy until that point.
I was going to pay by credit card, but was informed that he didn’t accept credit. I was told my only choice was to take my bank card to a gas station atm which I was not about to do. I paid half in cash and told him I would write a check for the other half. However, he wouldn’t accept a check payable to his business and insisted that it be payable to him personally.
To top it off, once we were on the road and tried to switch on the water pump it was inoperable at the monitor panel that he had screwed back on. We did not have a working water pumping until we arrived at our destination and had the wiring corrected.

In Carthage, Mo campsite for 5 days, got ready to go home to Ne and our Coach would not start; so called Nick with On the Road Again RV Repair and he came to our campsite within 30 min. as he said he would and has us ready to roll in no time! Very Prompt, Courteous, Knowledgeable and More than fair with his prices! Would not hesistate to call him again or refer him to anyone!!

Passing through Joplin, we stopped for the night. In the morning, the Jacks wouldn't retract. After a less than satisfactory encounter with our maintenance carrier, I found "On the Road Again" online. He was there within 45 minutes, and fixed the problem in, literally, minutes. This guy is the best!!!

My air conditioner on my RV quit working during the heat of August. I was traveling through Joplin to Branson. On the Road Again was the only repair service which would help. Nick arrived quickly and made several calls trying to get a recharge and for prices for new ac. He made several suggestions and came up with a plan of action. He assured me that all would go well. He removed the old unit and once the new one arrived, he installed that. He worked efficiently and quickly. All is well. Nick was very fair with price and time. Thank you, Nick

We pulled our Rv in from North Dakota back to our home in Miller, Mo. We had a plugged black tank and a slide that was leaking. We started inquiring as to who in the area could fix our Rv. We were told that Nick was a good choice.



After getting the work done we were very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of his work. We would recommend him highly for anything you need done.

The customer was given every chance to bring it back so on the road again could make wht ever was wrong right. They was offered the money back on the tolet. And desided not to say anything in return.at least give someone the chance to make it right or make u happy before complaining like tht.

Beware of this business!! A month has now passed after work was performed by On The Road Again Mobile RV Services in La Russell, MO, and I would like to share our experience so you can make an informed decision. We were given a written estimate for multiple repairs/replacement work. Not a fan of On The Road Again Mobile RV Services workmanship. One such written estimate item was: "caulk from top to bottom and side to side." A small amount of caulk was smeared on random places on our rv. Caulking installed by On The Road Again Mobile RV Services in LaRussell, MO came off when gently rubbed or washed. Old caulk was not removed by On The Road Again Mobile RV Services. On The Road Again Mobile RV Services simply smudged a bit of caulk here and there, plus it was put on top of the old caulk. No wonder it didn't adhere. Also had On The Road Again Mobile RV Services install a new roof. He told my husband material to be certain thickness. Upon inspection of said product, it was not the correct thickness, it was a lesser thickness. He was made aware of the incorrect thickness. He had no comment. He did offer to re-caulk our rig after we washed it. We were, of course, leaving the next day. Also, the sealant used at every corner of the roof is a total mess, unacceptable, and will have to be replaced. Toilet was another item fixed by On The Road Again Mobile RV Services in LaRussell, Missouri. Upon arrival in NM, toilet was inoperable. We had to use portable potty or rv park facilities until we ordered new toilet and installed it ourselves. On The Road Again Mobile RV Services charged us for 2 hours labor and $80 in parts for the toilet repair. If you do decide to have On The Road Again Mobile RV Services perform work, make sure you inspect all work prior to paying. Wish we had stopped payment on check. We made the decision to call this business based on the other reviews posted here...wish we had chosen differently.

I wont use anyone else. We bought a new RV 700 miles from here and when warranty issues came up and no one wanted to work on it because it wasn't bought from them, my wife found Nick's card on the RV park bulletin board. He was there first thing the next morning. Not only did he fix what we knew was wrong, he saved us future time and service call money by doing a quick inspection of other known problems and corrected them that same day also. Thanks Nick, for your knowledge and professionalism. I now have your cards hanging at the new RV park we are located in.
