CLT has limited child care spaces available for infants through 2 year olds .CLT offers Pre-School for 3 & 4 year olds. The Pre-K classes follow a thematic-based curriculum which is planned with the needs of the children in mind. Lesson Plans are posted weekly on the parent board. CLT offers a Transition Class which is designed to meet the specific needs of children who missed the Charles County cut-off date to enter Kindergarten. The curriculum pulls ideas from several popular Early Childhood Philosophies such as Creative Curriculum and Reggio Emilia. The class also follows the Houghton Mifflin Curriculum, which is used in Maryland Public Pre-K and Kindergarten programs. This class will CHALLENGE and PREPARE your older four year old and young five year old for their "K" experience.

Location

We are located across Route 6 and one block from Casey Jones and one block from the Court House in La Plata at the corner of North Maple and Baltimore Streets.
