A&P Pump Service

Our experience with A&P Pump Services is not very good, so far. We are expected to go THREE WEEKS WITHOUT WATER because of their schedule. And that's after waiting three days without water on the first call to the company about this new pump not operating. They put in a new pump that we paid for and it has not been working like you would expect a newly installed pump to work. On top of all of that, the hand is out to be paid additional money for each visit along with a "too bad" attitude. I know we are free to contact another company, but shouldn't you get what you paid for from the beginning? Senior citizens do not have a never ending stream of cash flow.

Superb service! Paul was friendly, prompt, explained everything in great detail, and did the least necessary to get us up and running with an excellent price and a discount to boot. Should what he did not suffice, he said he would deduct the cost if a new well had to be drilled.
