After shelling out $530 for a cake, one would expect it to be amazing. That was not the case. The taste was good, but the presentation was terrible.I worked with James to design a custom cake, only to have it end up looking like I had made it in my own kitchen. The cake was supposed to have dashed lines. Whoever made this cake either had the shakiest hand or the worst eyesight, because in every one of my wedding pictures it is unmistakable that the lines are severely crooked.The colors that we had discussed were completely off on the cake, they used a muddy looking purple instead of hot pink, what a terrible substitution!Although James is nice and pleasant, his wife is awful with customer service. They never sent us an invoice for a final payment and when we called about sending a payment we were told it was due that day and we needed to spend $27 to fed ex payment immediately.If you are looking for a delicious cake that looks like garbage, go to Flour Power.
