        Overall

        Don't even bother calling the (800) number on your delivery notice. It gets you a rather dim robot with no useful options and when you finally convince it to let you talk to a real human, you get disconnected. There is no way to get the actual local number to let them know not to try to deliver so you can pick the package up yourself. They have no concept that people actually work and are not sitting around the home, breathlessly anticipating the arrival of the ugly brown truck/
