Best Buy

They are not helpful! They told me lies about my Verizon contract to try to get me into another contracted. Refused to price match. Refused to sell me a phone. Went to Best Buy store across the street and they gave me everything I needed and even helped me price match. Best Buy Mobile I will NEVER recommend or go back to. I honestly can't believe the terrible service I received with a crap ton of lies the 2 workers gave to me. I even pulled up Best Buy price guarantee on one of their tablets at the store for them to read and they still refused to price match. There was another very very upset customer that was in there having a hard time talking to these BB employees as well. Wow. Just. Wow.
