Overall

Ordered 3 trucks of concrete from this company via my concrete finisher. I believe the first batch of concrete was mixed wrong or had some sort of contaminate. The other 2 truck loads seem to be fine. I believe the first truck was bad because there are multiple soft spots on the top and side of the concrete pad where that first concrete was used. I asked the concrete company to come out and take a look. they brought me paperwork stating that the concrete batched out properly and that the problem was that my finisher did a poor job. So I fired my finisher. I contacted 2 other concrete finishers to come out and tell me how we can fix this. BOTH of those finishers said that they believed there was an issue with the CONCRETE, not the finishing. so I contacted Ready Mix again, and they refuse to do anything about it unless I pay to have it core drilled and tested. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
