Pendergrass Family Shoe Repair

Took in 2 pair of boots (black and brown Guess boots) and it was clear what needed to be done and it was discussed with me. I was quoted with one price, and when I went back to pick them up the price had increased. Not sure why because the damage was visible. I am disappointed that I dropped them off there because I know there is a place in Oak Ridge that was willing to do them for $8.00 a pair. Sometimes quality makes a difference, but this wasn't a unique situation. I only took them to Knoxville because it was closer to my home. With a charge final charge of $45.00 (which was NOT what I was quoted, compared to $16.00 (in Oak Ridge), I think I would have rather paid the price to pick have them repaired and picked them up in Oak Ridge. I have seen shoes go in looking older than forever come out looking brand new! I always take my shoes to the even my new shoes for adjustments. Getting ready to take another pair in they are brand new run a little small and the elastic on the ankle strap needs to be made longer. They will even build you an arch support! How fabulous! 5 stars!
