My husband was verbally assaulted by your "shuttle tech" on Friday, October 7th. I immediately called the manager Randy Ford who told me he would have someone call me back the next day, and of course, we never got a phone call. Here's how this started: We brought our jeep in for the second time, for the same exact issue regarding some shaking and rattling in our jeep. The same exact tech was there when my husband dropped it off for the second time. Your tech was specifically told that the jeep needed to be driven for a few miles to warm up, in order to gauge what the issue was. The tech had to drive my husband to work and was shouting at him swearing relentlessly. My husband felt threatened and was confused as to why the tech was swearing at him and shouting. He said nothing as he was worried they would do something to harm our jeep, so he got out of the car when they arrived at his work and had to hope for the best. 10 hours later my husband was dropped off at the dealership by a coworker. They lied on the invoice after our jeep being there from 8:15am to 6:30pm. The mileage was recorded fraudulently as my husband took videos and pictures of the actual mileage they returned it at. They claimed they drove it for over 6 miles when they didn't even put on a mile and a half. The issue would not have been able to be gauged at such a low mileage as my husband clearly told them when he dropped it off. This is the second time this has happened, our jeep is still not fixed, nor has ever even been looked at. So, not only have we wasted two entire days of our jeep being in this dealership, but we still have the same issue that has not been fixed, and my husband was screamed at with profanity by a technician. Then, after calling the manager Randy Ford, absolutely nothing was done. This will be posted with more detail on every review site I can find, along with shared through every social media outlet we have. Just look at their reviews, do not bring your vehicle to them.

An appointment was made on a safety recall over two weeks in advance. The time was given to me by the service department. I did NOT request any particular time. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of the appointment time only to be told there were 8 repairs ahead of me. He said, "Could I leave it?". I said that is WHY I SET an appointment not to wait for 8 repairs before they could get to mine. He asked, "Would you like to reschedule?". Now, why I do that when it is obvious appointment times mean absolutely nothing to this service department. They lost any opportunity for a prospective customer

Service Center Not customer friendly

Our son's truck was towed to this dealer on July 15th, we called to check on it was told by the service manager the person who was working on the truck did not come in to work so it was not being worked on for a whole day. That's a concern because it's a dealer ship one employee being out should not be a burden on the client. No one bother to call and say what was going on and the fact that no one was working on the truck. If we make it out of this service experience we will not visit this dealer again. Truck is still there and we're getting passed around as to who we need to speak with.
