They are extremely rude. Bullies to say the least. Jim Snyder was actually nice to me, however he did support what the people in his office do, but Perry Gunther was the one that hung up on me. I do not see why a business would want someone like this collecting money for them. They are nothing but thugs. So beware. I hope Karma gets them. They do not deserve 1 star, maybe 1/2 star. I offered to make 2 payments in 2 weeks to pay off what I owed, but they did not want to hear it, they wanted what they wanted.

I know collections is a thankless job but there is a professional way to conduct business. This company handles themselves like thugs with threats and lies in the rudest possible manor. Will not even provide documentation when requested, demands payment or hangs up on you. Record your phone calls collection methods are illegal. If you are a business looking for a collection company I would avoid at all cost.

I've several reviews for this place on several different sites and all state the same fact over and over again, Jim Snyder, is the most arrogant and rude person that I've dealt with. He will not listen to anything you have to say and immediately starts telling you that you need to get an attorney. Now, I'm pretty sure in most states there are laws that govern people and companies like this. That they MUST give you a chance to pay your debt. Which is all I was trying to do. He hung up on my wire and when she called him back he said SHE was harrassing HIM! I'm pretty sure that this company is probably one of the cheapest ones in town for a business to turn their accounts over to and for good reason. Ever here the old adage, "You get what you pay for"? Well, I can honestly say if I owned a business that needed help with collections this would be the last place I'd contract with!

If you are considering using this company as a debt collector, think again. Jim Snyder is rude and inconsiderate. He hung up the phone on both me and my wife when we tried to set up a payment plan. The company he represents would be receiving money now if he wouldn't have been such a moron. Choose a professional debt collector. Because this company is second rate and classless in my opinion.
